Defining details for risk matrix setup
Define consequence categories, probabilities, and risk levels for the risk matrix.
To define details for risk matrix setup:
- Select Equipment > Setup > Risk Matrix Setup.
- Click New Record.

Specify this information:
- Code
- Specify a unique code for the consequence category, probability, or risk level and then specify a description in the adjacent field.
- RCM Project
- Select the project to which this record belongs.
- Type
- Select either consequence category, probability, or risk level.
- Rating/Threshold
- Specify the rating/threshold for the probability or risk level. For consequence categories, this field is protected.
- Color
- Select a color that will be used for the risk levels.
- Icon
- Select an Icon for the probability and risk levels. Icon will be displayed on the RCM tab on the equipment screen.
- Click Save Record. The system automatically populates Created By and Date Created.
