Printing warranty claim vs. settlement chart

Before you can set the parameters to generate the warranty claim vs. settlement chart, you must update the system Status of the warranty claim to Response Received. The system does not display this status as an option until the warranty claim has been given a system Status of Approved. See Entering settlement details for warranty claims.

To print warranty claim vs. settlement chart:

  1. Select Equipment > Warranty > Warranties.
  2. Select the warranty for which to generate the warranty claim vs. settlement chart, and then click the Warranty Claim vs. Settlement Chart tab.
  3. Specify this information:
    Start Date
    Specify the starting date for which to retrieve the data.
    End Date
    Specify the ending date for which to retrieve the data.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Click Print.
