Entering customer requests

To enter customer requests:

  1. Select Operations > Call Center > Call Center.
  2. Click New Record.
  3. Specify this information:
    Organization
    Enter the organization of the request.
    Status
    Select the status for the request.
    Source
    Select the request source.
    Type
    Select the request type.
    Class
    Enter the class for the request linked to the work order from the problem code.
    Assigned To
    Enter the Call Center employee assigned to the request. The system automatically populates Request Taken By and Request Date.
  4. Click Save Record. See Viewing customer requests for work orders.
