Entering customer requests
To enter customer requests:
- Select Operations > Call Center > Call Center.
- Click New Record.

Specify this information:
- Status
- Select the status for the request.
- Source
- Select the request source.
- Type
- Select the request type.
- Class
- Enter the class for the request linked to the work order from the problem code.
- Assigned To
- Enter the Call Center employee assigned to the request. The system automatically populates Request Taken By and Request Date.
- Click Save Record. See Viewing customer requests for work orders.
