Reviewing customer rental requests

View a list of customer rental requests ready for approval and then either accept or reject the customer rental request.

Note: Only the customer rental requests for which you are authorized to review are displayed.

To review customer rental requests:

  1. Select Work > Contract Management > Review Customer Rental Requests.
  2. Select the customer rental request(s) to review.
  3. Choose one of the following options:
    • Accept
      Click the Accept button to accept the customer rental request(s). The selected record is deleted from the list once it is accepted and the status of the record is updated.
    • Reject
      Click the Reject button to reject the customer rental requests, specify a reason for the rejection in the popup, and then click OK. Optionally, select the Use Reason for All check box in the popup to use the same rejection reason for all of the selected customer rental requests if you selected more than one record.
  4. Double-click on a record in the grid to hyperlink to the record on the Customer Rentals screen.
